摘要
首先对七电平有源中点钳位型(ANPC-7L)变流器由开关器件短路和断路引起的单相和多相故障进行了分析,找出变流器可继续运行的所有单相和多相故障状态,接着针对各种故障状态提出一种统一调制策略,并对变流器在各种故障状态下的中点电压平衡控制问题进行讨论,最后在一台380V/5kW的ANPC-7L变流器样机上对所提故障状态运行策略进行实验验证。
This paper analyzed operation characteristics of seven-level active neutral-pointclamped(ANPC-7L) converter under single-phase and multi-phase faults caused by switch short-circuit failure and open-circuit failure,and found out all the single-phase and multi-phase faults under which the converter can still be operational.This paper proposed a unified modulation strategy for various faults,and discussed the neutral-point potential balancing problem of ANPC-7L converter under various fault conditions.The proposed fault tolerant operation strategy is verified by the results from a 380V/5kW ANPC-7L converter.
