梯度结构的PE/PP皮芯纤维空气滤料性能研究

摘要
以不同线密度的PE(聚乙烯)/PP(聚丙烯)皮芯纤维为原材料形成单层纤网,然后使用不同梯度结构将2~3层单层纤网叠合形成复合纤网,再对复合纤网进行热风黏合加固及电晕驻极处理得到PE/PP皮芯纤维空气滤料,并对其过滤性能、容尘量及静电衰减性能进行测试。结果显示:由主体成分为2.0 dtex PE/PP皮芯纤维的单层纤网作为上、下表层,主体成分为6.2 dtex PE/PP皮芯纤维的单层纤网作为中间层所形成的PE/PP皮芯纤维空气滤料的综合性能最优,包括良好的过滤效率和静电衰减性能及较低的过滤阻力,表明PE/PP皮芯纤维空气滤料具有良好的应用潜力。
        PE(polyethylene)/PP(polypropylene) sheath-core fibers with different linear density were used as raw materials to form single-layer webs, and 2~3 single-layer webs were laminated to prepare composite webs by using different gradient structure. The thermal bonding reinforcement and corona electret treament were conducted on the composite webs to obtain PE/PP sheath-core fiber air filters, whose filtering performance, dust holding capacity and static decay performance were tested. The results showed that the PE/PP sheath-core fiber air filters composed by the single-layer web whose main component was 2.0 dtex PE/PP sheath-core fibers as the top and bottom surface and the single-layer web whose main component was 6.2 dtex PE/PP sheath-core fibers as the intermediate layer, had the best comprehensive performance, including good filtration efficiency and static decay performance as well as lower filtration resistance, which indicated that the PE/PP sheath-core fiber air filters possesed good application potential.
