摘要
目的利用锥形束CT(CBCT)研究上颌第一磨牙近中颊根的形态及其近中颊根第二根管(MB2)的发生率。方法随机选取150例患者共计300颗患牙的CBCT影像,按年龄分为三组,观察上颌第一磨牙近中颊根的形态,统计MB2检出率,MB2左右对称检出率,并比较MB2检出率和年龄间的差异。结果 MB2检出率为52.0%,左右对称检出率为42.9%,20~39岁年龄组的MB2检出率为82.0%,随着年龄的增加,MB2检出率明显降低,不同年龄组的MB2检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上颌第一磨牙MB2有较高的发生率,CBCT可用于上颌第一磨牙根管形态的观察,能有效检出上颌第一磨牙MB2。
        Objective To research morphology of mesiobuccal root of the maxillary first molar and the incidence of second mesiobuccal canal(MB2) in the maxillary first molar by using cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT). Methods CBCT images of 300 diseased teeth of 150 patients were randomly selected. They were allocated to three groups according to age. The morphology of mesiobuccal root of the maxillary first molar was observed and detection rates of MB2 and MB2 bilateral symmetry were recorded. In addition, Difference between detection rate of MB2 and age were compared. Results The detection rates of MB2 and MB2 bilateral symmetry were 52.0% and 42.9% respectively. The detection rate of MB2 in the 20 to 39 ages group was 82.0%. With the increasing of ages, the detection rate of MB2 was significantly decreased. Differences in detection rate of MB2 of different groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Maxillary first molar MB2 has higher incidence. CMCT can be used to observe morphology of maxillary first molar and it can also effectively detect MB2 in the maxillary first molar.
