海上油气田火灾寻址盘国产化

摘要
火灾寻址盘是火气系统的重要组成部分,对平台的安全生产具有重要作用。目前海上平台均使用进口的火灾寻址盘,但进口火灾寻址盘存在前期投入大、后期的维修和备件成本高、全英文的操作界面给操作和使用人员带来极大不便等弊端。渤海海上油气田对已经使用十多年且故障频发的进口火灾寻址盘进行国产化改造并取得成功,实现了渤海地区海上平台火灾寻址盘的国产化,大幅节约了后期的备件和维护成本,为海上平台类似项目提供了借鉴。
The fire addressing panel is an important part of the fire gas system and plays an important role in the safe production of the platform. At present, the offshore platforms use imported fire addressing panels, but the imported fire addressing panels have the disadvantages of large investment in the early stage, high costs of maintenance and spare parts in the later stage, and the operation interface of the English language brings great inconvenience to the operators and users. The Bohai offshore oil and gas fields have made localization and successful transformation of imported fire addressing panels that have been used for more than 10 years and have frequent failures. The localization of the fire addressing panels on the offshore platform in the Bohai region is realized. The costs of spare parts and maintenance in the later period are greatly saved. It provides a reference for similar projects on the offshore platform.
