当前高校思想政治工作的薄弱环节及其对策思考

摘要
党的十八大以来,全国高校认真贯彻落实习总书记的重要讲话精神以及党中央和教育部的决策部署,大力加强和改进思想政治工作。高校紧扣加强组织领导、制定规章制度、落实主体责任、加强阵地管理、强化排查预警、强化队伍建设等关键环节,着力提高思想政治教育的实效性,增强社会主义意识形态的引领力,工作成效显著。但是由于受到种种因素的制约,高校思想政治工作还存在一些薄弱环节和问题。面对新形势新要求,高校要进一步采取有效措施,以正面宣传教育武装师生头脑,以完善制度体系促进责任落实,以强化阵地建设确保舆论导向,以加强组织建设充实专业队伍,以加强协调联动提升应对能力,多策并用增强高校思想政治工作的主动性和实效性,牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,colleges and universities across the country have earnestly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches as well as the decision-making and deployment of the CPC central committee and the Ministry of Education,and vigorously strengthened and improved the ideological and political work.All colleges and universities closely adhere to the key steps of strengthening organizational leadership,formulating rules and regulations,implementing the subjective responsibility,strengthening position management,supervision and early warning,and strengthening team building,while focusing on improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education and enhancing the guiding force of socialist ideology.The work has achieved remarkable results.But at the same time,due to the constraints of various factors,there are still some weaknesses and problems in the ideological and political work.In the face of new situations and new requirements,colleges and universities should take further effective measures to arm the minds of teachers and students with positive publicity and education,to improve the system to promote the implementation of responsibility,to strengthen the position construction to ensure the guidance of public opinion,to strengthen the organization construction to enrich the professional team,to strengthen coordination and linkage to enhance the ability to respond.In this way,we can enhance the initiative and effectiveness of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in various ways,firmly grasp the leadership of ideological work.
