婴幼儿配方奶粉中甘油三酯Sn-2位脂肪酸的检测
摘要
建立一种气相色谱测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中甘油三酯Sn-2位脂肪酸的方法。采用乙醚石油醚方法提取奶粉中的脂肪,猪胰脂酶水解甘油三酯中的1,3位脂肪酸,得到Sn-2单甘酯,通过氨基固相萃取柱分离出Sn-2单甘酯,甲酯化衍生后,再用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器测定。加标回收率在81.85%～88.9%,相对标准偏差为2.13%,回收率和重现性满足检测要求。用NH2固相萃取柱法(SPE)代替传统的薄层色谱法(TLC)分离单甘酯,操作简单,结果准确,重现性好,适用于婴幼儿配方奶粉中Sn-2位脂肪酸。
