摘要
目的:探讨框架眼镜与角膜塑形镜矫正的近视儿童脉络膜厚度差异。方法:收治近视眼患儿100例,随机分成框架眼镜组和OK镜组,每组50例。框架眼镜组近视患儿采用框架眼镜矫正近视,OK镜组近视患儿采用亨泰镜片矫正近视。所有患者均接受在6个位置测量脉络膜厚度,即颞侧1区(T_1)、颞侧2区(T_2)、颞侧3区(T_3),鼻侧1区(N_1)、鼻侧2区(N_2)、鼻侧3区(N_3)。结果:OK镜组近视患儿T_1、T_2、T_3分别为(285.6±57.5)μm、(290.4±58.9)μm、(296.7±60.1)μm,N_1、N_2、N_3分别为(262.5±57.7)μm、(239.8±59.2)μm、(214.6±58.8)μm;框架眼镜组近视患儿T_1、T_2、T_3分别为(283.6±47.5)μm、(293.1±44.2)μm、(294.2±44.1)μm,N_1、N_2、N_3分别为(255.5±56.5)μm、(236.4±58.6)μm、(212.7±57.3)μm,两组近视患儿比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:近视儿童的脉络膜厚度呈区域性差异分布,在水平方向上颞侧脉络膜最厚,鼻侧最薄,框架眼镜与角膜塑形镜矫正的近视儿童脉络膜厚度无明显差异。
        Objective:To explore the difference of choroidal thickness in myopic children corrected by frame glasses and orthokeratology lenses.Methods:100 cases of children with myopia were selected,they were randomly divided into the frame glasses group and the OK mirror group.In the frame glasses group,frame glasses were used to correct myopia,in the OK mirror group,Heng Tai lenses were used to correct myopia.The choroidal thickness was measured in 6 locations,namely,the temporal side1 area(T_1),the temporal side 2 area(T_2),the temporal side 3 area(T3),the nasal side 1 area(N_1),the nasal side 2 area(N_2),and the nasal side 3 area(N_3).Results:In the OK mirror group,T_1,T_2 and T3 were respectively(285.6±57.5)μm,(290.4±58.9)μm,and(296.7±60.1)μm,N_1,N_2 and N_3 were respectively(262.5±57.7)μm,(239.8±59.2)μm and(214.6±8.8)μm.In the frame glasses group,T_1,T_2 and T3 were respectively(283.6±47.5)μm,(293.1±44.2)μm and(294.2±44.1)μm,N_1,N_2 and N_3 were respectively(255.5 ± 56.5) μ m,(236.4 ± 58.6) μ m and(212.7 ± 57.3) μ m,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The choroidal thickness of children with myopia had regional difference distribution,in the horizontal direction,the temporal choroid was thickest and the nasal side was the thinnest,there was no significant difference in the thickness of choroid in myopic children corrected by frame glasses and orthokeratology lenses.
