793例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者临床资料分析

摘要
目的通对793例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,总结慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者的临床特点及动态变化趋势。方法收集某三级甲等医院2010年1月-2016年5月793例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者的临床资料,应用Excel软件建立数据库,了解患者性别、年龄、住院天数、出院情况等一般特征,分析慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者动态变化情况。结果慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者2010-2016年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者人数总体处于下降趋势,2010-2013年住院人数逐渐下降,2014-2016年下降较为明显。2010-2013慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者住院人数下降速度不断降低,2014-2016年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者住院人数下降速度急剧下降。2010-2016年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者平均住院天数不断缩短,平均住院天数由2010年的10 d缩短为2016年的7.73 d,住院天数下降的速度不断趋于缓和,2010-2016年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者平均住院住院总费用不断增加,2010-2013年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者平均住院住院总费增长速度明显,2014-2016年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者平均住院住院总费增长速度逐渐下降趋势。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎住院患者人数总体处于下降趋势,住院患者平均住院天数不断缩短,住院患者平均住院住院总费用不断增加。
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and variation tendency of inpatients with chronic rhinosinusitis through a retrospective study of chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods The clinical data of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were collected in a class A hospital from 2010 to 2016, and a database were established using Excel software to understand the general characteristics of the patients, such as sex, age, length of hospital stay and discharg, and analyze the dynamic changes of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps. Results The number of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis in 2010-2016 was decreasing. The number of patients in 2010-2013 gradually decreased, and the decrease was more obvious in 2014-2016. The rate of hospitalization of chronic rhinosinusitis patients decreased continuously in 2010-2013, and the rate of hospitalization of chronic rhinosinusitis patients decreased sharply in 2014-216. The average number of days of hospitalization of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis in 2010-2016 had been continuously shortened, and the average number of days of hospitalization has been shortened from 10 D in 2010 to 7.73 D in 2016, and the rate of decline in the number of days of hospitalization has been decreasing. The average total cost of hospitalization for chronic rhinosinusitis in 2010-2016 increased steadily, the average total cost of hospitalization for chronic rhinosinusitis in 2010-2013 increased significantly, and the average total cost of hospitalization for chronic rhinosinusitis in 2014-2016 decreased gradually. Conclusion The number of patients with chronic rhino-sinuses is on the decline, the average length of hospitalization is shortened, and the average total cost of hospitalization is increasing.
