摘要
目的观察3D打印技术在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果,并探讨其应用的可行性及有效性。方法选取2016级50名于西安交通大学第二附属医院骨一科进行规范化培训的住院医师作为研究对象,随机将其分为3D打印教学组和传统教学组。两组住院医师均按照规范化培训教学大纲要求进行教学培训,其中3D打印教学组在传统教学的基础上,利用3D打印模型加深对骨关节疾病的理解,掌握相关的诊断和治疗方法。结果 3D打印模型有助于规培医师在短时间内理解并掌握骨关节疾病的影像学特点、诊断和治疗方法,并对手术方案和手术技巧有基本理解,3D打印教学组医师理论和临床实践技能考核成绩均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 3D打印技术引入骨科住院医师规范化教学培训中的效果良好,有助于提高住院医师的临床思维和临床实践操作能力,具有良好的应用和推广前景。
        Objective To observe the application effect of 3 D printing in the standardized training of residents in orthopedics, and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of its application. Methods A total of 50 residents were enrolled in the study who attending the standardized training in the First Department of Orthopaedics of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2016, and were randomly divided into 3 D printing teaching group and traditional teaching group. The two groups had received the teaching and training according to the requirements of the standardized training syllabus, in which the 3 D printing teaching group had used the 3 D printing model to deepen the understanding of bone and joint diseases and master relevant diagnosis and treatment methods on the basis of the traditional teaching. Results The 3 D printing model was helpful for standard-trained residents to understand and master the imaging characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of bone and joint diseases in a short time, and had a basic understanding of the surgical scheme and surgical skills. The 3 D printing teaching group performed better in examination achievement of the theoretical and clinical practice skills than the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The introduction of 3 D printing into the standardized training of residents in orthopedics has a good application effect, which is helpful to improve the clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of residents, and has a good application and promotion prospect.
