摘要
目的探究腹腔镜基础技能训练在腔镜医生培养中的应用。方法以100名来自基层的胃肠外科医生作为研究对象,分设对照组和研究组,每组随机分配50名。对照组采用传统直接术中教学的方法,研究组先进行为期1周的腹腔镜基础技能训练,在此基础上再行手术台上腹腔镜基本技能教学。结果研究组学员在缝合、打结等技能合格率上优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组学员对腹腔镜基础技能+术中教学的模式的满意度高于对照组单纯的术中教学模式,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组在腹腔镜暴露技巧方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论腹腔镜基础技能训练在腹腔镜医生的培养中具有较大的应用价值,是一种值得广泛推广的教学模式。
        Objective To explore and analyze the application value of laparoscopic basic technology training in clinical laparoscopic teaching of surgeon. Methods 100 GI surgeons from the primary hospitals were divided into control group and research group, with 50 cases randomly allocated to each group. The control group was given the direct teaching method in laparoscopic operations, and the research group adopted laparoscopic basic technology training in the first week, and was given the direct teaching method in laparoscopic operations. Results The qualified rate of suture and knotting skills in the study group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the students in the study group to the mode of laparoscopic basic skills + intraoperative teaching was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in laparoscopic exposure skills between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic basic technology training is significantly useful in clinical laparoscopic teaching of surgeons
