摘要
为对比分析离心风机运行调节时的性能,以M5-36型离心风机为研究对象,利用数值模拟软件Fluent对风机进口节流调节、导流器调节和变转速调节分别进行模拟,模拟结果表明:在效率方面,进口节流调节和导流器调节随着流量减小而明显下降,而变转速调节时效率始终较高,都在83.1%以上。在功耗方面,变转速调节始终最少,其次导流器调节,进口节流调节最大。模拟结果为实验研究和工程实践提供依据和参考,选用变转速调节可在风机运行时获得较好的经济效益。
In order to compare and analyze the performance of centrifugal fans during operation and regulation, the M5-36 centrifugal fans were taken as the research object. The numerical simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the throttling regulation of fan inlet, the regulation of guide vane and the regulation of variable speed. The simulation results show that in terms of efficiency, the inlet throttling regulation and the guide vane regulation decrease significantly with the decrease of flow rate; while the efficiency of the variable speed regulation is always higher and both above 83.1%. In terms of power consumption, the variable speed regulation is always the least, followed by the guide vane regulation, and the inlet throttling regulation is the largest. The simulation results provide the basis and reference for experimental research and engineering practice. The variable speed regulation can be used to obtain better economic benefits when the fan is running.
