恩度不同给药途径联合TP方案治疗进展期卵巢癌的临床观察

摘要
目的探讨恩度不同给药途径与TP方案联合应用在进展期卵巢癌患者临床治疗中的效果。方法:选取2014年7月至2015年7月期间。我院接收的进展期卵巢癌患者62例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例,对照组采用恩度静脉滴注联合TP方案进行治疗,观察组患者采用恩度持续静脉泵与TP方案联合治疗,观察组两组患者的临床治疗效果与不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的临床治疗效果、血清中VEGF的表达量以及不良反应均显著优于对照组。结论:恩度持续静脉泵入给药与TP方案联合应用在进展期卵巢癌患者的昨床治疗中效果显著,可有效改善患者血清中VEGF水平,且不良反应较低,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective:To investigate the Endostar different to route of administration and TP Regimen in advanced stage ovarian cancer patients with clinical treatment effect.Methods:a total of July 2014- 2015 during July,62 cases of our hospital to receive advanced ovarian cancer patients,were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,31 cases in each,control group were treated with Endostar intravenous injection combined with TP Regimen,patients in observation group was treated with Endostar therapy combined with intravenous infusion and TP scheme observed two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of.Results:after treatment,the clinical therapeutic effect of the observation group,the expression of VEGF in serum and the adverse reaction were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Endostar continuous intravenous infusion to medicine and TP Regimen in advanced stage ovarian cancer patients last bed treatment effect is remarkable,improve the serum VEGF level and adverse reaction is low,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
