摘要
目的分析基础卵泡刺激素(bFSH)、基础睾酮水平(T)和抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)与卵巢储备功能之间的关系。方法在江门市新会人民医院2015年1月-2018年1月正常妇科体检患者中随机选取200例,依照患者年龄分成三组,分别是20~34岁组75例,35~40岁组75例和>40岁组50例,比较三组患者的bFSH、T以及AMH表达变化和患者卵巢储备功能。结果和>40岁组及35~40岁组比较,20~34岁组的bFSH明显偏低,T和AMH明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);和20~34岁组比较,其余两组患者的卵巢功能明显偏低,b FSH和卵巢功能呈负相关,T以及AMH和卵巢功能呈正相关。结论随着女性年龄的增长,卵巢储备功能会出现明显下降,尤其是在35岁以后,通过检测bFSH、T以及AMH表达变化,能够对患者卵巢功能进行一定的预测。
        Objective To analyze the relationship between basal follicle stimulating hormone(bFSH), basal testosterone level(T) and anti Mullerian hormone(AMH) and ovarian reserve function. Methods 200 cases of normal gynecological examination patients in Jiangmen Xinhui People's Hospital from January2015 to January 2018 were randomly selected and divided into three groups according to the age of patients: 20-34 years old group with 75 cases, 35-40 years old group with 75 cases and >40 years old group with 50 cases. The changes of the expression of bFSH, T, AMH and the ovarian reserve function of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the >40 years old group and the35-40 years old group, the bFSH of the 20-34 years old group was significantly lower, the T value and AMH were obviously higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the 20-34 years old group, the ovarian functions of the other two groups were significantly lower. The bFSH and ovarian function were negatively correlated, T and AMH were positively correlated with ovarian function. Conclusion With the increase of women's age, ovarian reserve function can be significantly decreased, especially after 35 years of age. By detecting the changqes of bFSH, T and AMH expression,the ovarian function can be predicted.
