摘要

对进度控制与影响房建监理进度控制的因素进行了阐述,分析了房建监理进度控制的原则,并介绍了房建监理进度控制方法,希望以此为监理单位开展工作予以借鉴。
        This paper first expounds the progress control and the factors affecting the progress control of housing construction supervision,then analyses the principles of the progress control of housing construction supervision,and finally presents the method of the progress control of housing construction supervision,hoping to provide reference for the supervision units to carry out their work.
