工程建设报建阶段进度控制

摘要
针对工程建设报建阶段如何控制进度进行分析,针对当前工程建设在报建阶段存在的主要问题,提出了相应的改进建议。重点介绍了一种报建进度控制的模型——3W模型,这一模型不仅能够辅助制定最佳的报建进度计划,而且能够有效推进项目的实施,在实际工作中具有很强的实用性。土地征收是确保工程建设报建得以顺利进行的关键,因此要对其进度给予有效的控制,以确保工程建设报建的整体效果和质量。
This paper mainly analyses how to control the progress in the construction reporting stage,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions in view of the main problems existing in the construction reporting stage. In addition,this paper focuses on introducing a 3 W model of progress control,which can not only help to formulate the best progress plan,but also effectively promote the implementation of the project,and has strong practicability in practical work. Land expropriation is the key to ensure the smooth progress of project construction. Therefore,effective control should be given to its progress to ensure the overall effect and quality of project construction.
