摘要
随着我国经济不断发展,各行各业呈现出直线上升的趋势。与此同时我国的煤化工行业得到空前的发展,其中包含煤制天然气制取以及炼油等。在此过程中大型空分设备的生产技术是决定化工企业制造能力的关键因素所在,相关企业应该加强空分设备的研发以及科技的创新,提高其性能。本文主要对于大型的空分设备进行系统的分析以及关键技术的讲解,总结当前我国空分设备的一些不足,同时对于空分设备的技术要点以及创新的方向进行系统探讨。
With the continuous development of China's economy, all walks of life are showing a straight upward trend. At the same time,the coal chemical industry in China has developed unprecedentedly, including coal-to-natural gas production and oil refining. In this process, the production technology of large air separation units is the key factor that determines the manufacturing capacity of chemical enterprises. Relevant enterprises should strengthen the research and development of air separation units and technological innovation to improve their performance. In this paper, the systematic analysis and explanation of key technologies for large-scale air separation units are mainly carried out, and some shortcomings of current air separation units in China are summarized. At the same time, the technical points and the direction of innovation of air separation units are systematically discussed.
