摘要
本文从小型发动机进排气系统入手,对功率、油耗进行优化。首先建立贴近实际的一维发动机仿真模型,并利用试验校准,再利用参数正交设计方法抽取进排气系统设计的影响因素和变化水平,进行参数敏感度分析,之后建立功率、油耗优化模型,利用随机抽样、线性规划、单纯形方法进行优化,最后设计实验方案进行了验证。
In this paper, starting from the intake and exhaust system of small engines, the power and fuel consumption are optimized.First of all, a one-dimensional engine simulation model is established and calibrated by test, and the influence factors and the change level of the intake and exhaust system design are extracted by using the parameter calibration design. Then the power and fuel consumption optimization model is established and random sampling, linear programming and simplex method are used for optimization. Finally, the experimental scheme is validated.
