摘要
为适应汽车工业发展的数字化、智能化、电气化和网联化的核心发展趋势,采用B/S架构,结合Apache/Tomcat框架结构和MySQL数据库系统,设计开发了整车进排气系统仿真自动化分析平台。该平台可以通过网页界面与服务器进行信息交互,实现虚拟仿真全过程的自动化,包括生成体网格、边界条件设置、计算设置、后处理、数据存储,以及分析报告的生成和对比。平台全自动仿真和手动仿真的计算结果完全一致,且能节约55%的人力资源。
To adapt to the core development trend of digitalization, intellectualization, electrification and network connection in the development of automobile industry, B/S architecture, Apache/Tomcat framework structure and MySQL database system are adopted to design and develop the Intake & Exhaust CAE automatic analysis platform. The platform has the information interaction with remote service through Web and archived the full-procedure simulation automatically, including volume meshing, boundary setting, solve setting, post processing, data saving, report generation and comparison. The calculation results of the platform automatic simulation and manual simulation are completely consistent, and 55% of human resources can be saved.
