摘要
针对摩托车国四排放标准要求所有新出厂的摩托车都要装备车载诊断系统(OBD)的要求,设计了一款摩托车OBD故障诊断系统,利用蓝牙将读取的摩托车OBD数据传输至智能手机APP中。在手机APP中通过相关程序代码对车辆实时数据进行预处理、分类和分析,获取车辆的基本信息和故障码及冻结帧。此外用户还可选择将数据上传至平台端,由专家系统对车辆进行"体检",最终由后台根据数据分析,将结果发送给手机APP,实现良好的远程技术支持。
        Motorcycle emission standard(China stage IV) requires that all newly-manufactured motorcycles have to be equipped with an on-board diagnostic system(OBD). This work studies the design of a motorcycle OBD fault diagnosis system. The obtained real-time OBD data is of the vehicle transmitted to the mobile APP through Bluetooth. In the mobile APP, preprocessing, categorizing, and analyzing of the obtained real-time data have been conducted, thereby working out the basic information including the fault codes and the frozen frames. In addition, the user can also choose to upload the vehicle's data to the cloud platform for "health examination" by an expert system. The examination result from the expert system will be return to the mobile APP afterwards, which enables efficient remote technical support.
