无人机违法建筑排查报告快速制作研究

摘要
无人机倾斜摄影能获取到丰富而全面的建筑物纹理,为违法建筑整治带来新思路,但数据量大和不够直观性影响其应用。在分析无人机实景三维模型数据特点和用户需求的基础上,研究违法建筑入库数据技术,设计出一种违法建筑排查报告模板,实现了违法建筑数据数字化、图形化管理,为违法建筑整治工作提供了客观证据。以重庆某小区为实例,通过无人机倾斜摄影和三维建模后生成违法建筑信息报表,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
Unmanned aerial vehicle( UAV) tilt photography shooting scheme is flexible,can get rich and comprehensive building texture,for illegal building renovation to bring new ideas,but the amount of data and non-intuitive limits its application. This paper based UAV real 3 D model data characteristics and the needs of users in the analysis on the research of the data storage technology of illegal construction,illegal construction to achieve data digitization,graphic management,design of the illegal construction of the investigation report template,provide objective evidence for the remediation of illegal construction work,and in a residential area in Chongqing as an example,through UAV tilt photography and3 D modeling after the formation of illegal construction information report,verify the validity and practicability of this method,are consistent with the user.
