连南瑶族自治县原发性骨质疏松症中医证候分布规律研究

摘要
目的:分析了解连南瑶族自治县常住不同民族人群骨质疏松症患者的中医证候分布规律。方法:以直接问卷调查形式,对147例原发性骨质疏松症患者进行问卷调查,统计结果后分析。结果:共纳入患者147例,其中汉族78例,瑶族69例,两者患病率无明显统计学意义;单型证共有87例,首位是肾虚者47例;复合证型共60例,瘀血痰浊24例居首位。结论:连南瑶族自治县瑶族人和汉族人骨质疏松症患病率差异不大,但中医证型呈多样性,主要以单证型为主,尤以肾虚证型居首,痰浊相关证次之;复合证型仍是肾虚、痰浊相关为主,单纯脾虚反而不多,提示原发性骨质疏松症的治疗中应注重补肾化浊、健脾化痰法。
Objective: To analyze the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome of osteoporosis who were difference nationalities in Yao Autonomous County of Liannan( 连南瑶族自治县). Methods: 147 cases were investigated by direct questionnaires, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: In 147 patients, 78 cases of the Han nationality( 汉族) and 69 cases of the Yao nationality( 瑶族), there was no statistically significant of the prevalence between difference nationalities. In 87 cases of single syndrome, the most syndrome was the Shenxu type( 肾虚型) of 47 cases. In 60 cases of compound syndrome, the most syndrome was the Yuxue Tanzhuo type( 瘀血痰浊).Conclusion: There was no significant difference of difference nationalities in Yao Autonomous County of Liannan. TCM syndromes are diversified, mainly in single syndrome, especially Shenxu, Tanzhou; and patients with Pixu(脾虚) are not many. So, treating primary osteoporosis should focus on Bushen Huozhuo( 补肾化浊), Jianpi Huatan( 健脾化痰).
