百合和胃汤联合莫沙比利治疗胆汢反流性胃炎的效果分析

摘要
目的:观察百合和胃汤联合莫沙比利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年5月-2016年2月于我院就诊的胆汁反流性胃炎患者90例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各45例。两组患者均予莫沙比利片,对照组患者另采用铝碳酸镁治疗,治疗组患者另采用百合和胃汤治疗。两组患者均治疗8周,治疗结束后观察患者的临床症状积分及胃镜检查情况,并对其进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后,两组各症状评分均较治疗前显著改善,且治疗组降低程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后两组患者胃镜下胃黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂等情况均明显改善,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合和胃汤联合莫沙比利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎有较好疗效,且用药安全,临床副作用小,值得推广于临床。
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Baihe Hewei decoction plus mosapride on bile reflux gastritis. Methods: 90 patients in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016 were divided into the control group and treatment group according to the random digital table method, 45 cases in each. Both groups were treated with moxapril tablets; the control group was given magnesium aluminum carbonate more; the treatment group was treated with the Baihe Hewei decoction more. Results: After treatment, the scores in groups were more improved than those before treatment; and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). In 8 weeks,the gastric mucosal hyperemia, edema and erosion were significantly improved in groups; and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Baihe Hewei decoction plus mosapride on bile reflux gastritis showed a good effect, with clinical safety and fewer side effects, and is worth promoting in clinic.
