7例儿童艾滋病患者合并肺部炎症的研究

摘要
目的:探讨儿童艾滋病患者合并肺部炎症的临床特征。方法:本研究以确诊并搜集到的儿童艾滋病合并肺部炎症患者为研究对象,从影像学和病理学分析患者的临床特征。结果:患者包括5例肺部细菌性感染、1例卡氏肺囊虫肺炎和1例曲霉菌感染,分别呈现各自的临床影像和病理学特征。结论:儿童艾滋病患者合并肺部炎症患者发病症状各异,影像学和病理学方法融合有助于深入理解和分析这些并发症。
Objective: To study clinical features of pulmonary inflammation in children with AIDS. Methods: Characterizations of seven patients derived from Nanyang Medical College hospital were measured by combination imaging and pathology. Results: Patients were composed with five cases of AIDS-associated pulmonary infection of bacteria, one case of AIDS-associated pulmonary infection of pneumocystis carinii and one case of AIDS-associated pulmonary infection of bacteria Aspergillus. Special characterizations of imaging and pathology were showed. Conclusion: Different AIDS-associated pulmonary infection of children showed different characterizations in the clinic. Strategy of combination different methods was contributed to elucidate features of AIDS-associated pulmonary infection of children in advance.
