田口算法在锡青铜连杆衬套挤压参数优化中的应用研究

摘要
利用有限元软件Simufact对挤压成形工艺进行了分析。以锡青铜连杆衬套为研究对象,选取凸模挤压速度、凸模圆角半径、凸模工作带长度和挤压温度作为试验因素,以挤压后连杆衬套的损伤值作为评价指标,设计了正交试验,并对试验结果进行了分析,同时运用田口算法对挤压工艺参数进行优化。优化后的工艺参数:凸模挤压速度为5mm/s,凸模工作圆角半径为3mm,凸模工作带长度为7mm,挤压温度为600℃。
        The finite element software of Simufact was used to analyze the extrusion process of tin bronze connecting rod bushing.The processing parameters,such as punch extrusion speed,the punch radius,the punch working belt length and the extrusion temperature,were selected as the test factors,and the damage value of connecting rod bushing after extrusion was used as the evaluation index.Orthogonal testing was designed and analyzed,meanwhile Taguchi method was adopted to optimize the extrusion parameters.And the optimized parameters are presented as follows:the punch extrusion speed of 5 mm/s,the punch radius of 3 mm,the punch working belt length of 7 mm,and the extrusion temperature of 600 ℃.
