输电铁塔受拉角钢构件块剪及其计算方法试验研究

摘要
通过对不同规格、材质、螺栓端距、螺栓间距等情况下受拉角钢构件的承载力试验,研究块剪的破坏特征。结果表明:单排螺栓连接情况下块剪对构件受拉承载力起控制作用,必须验算块剪,特别是对于一些小规格构件,而双排螺栓连接构件一般可不验算块剪。同时通过试验结果与DL/T 5154—2012《架空输电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》计算方法及其修正方法的计算结果的对比,推荐采用修正方法进行受拉角钢构件的块剪计算,其计算结果与试验结果更为相符,也更能有效提高构件的安全性能。
        In the paper,the failure characteristics of block shear were studied through bearing capacity tests of angle steel members with different specifications,materials,bolt end spacing and bolt spacing. The results showed that the block shear played a controlling role in the tension bearing capacity of members under the condition of single row bolt connection. It was necessary to check the block shear,especially for some small size members. While the double-row bolted connections could not be checked block shear. At the same time,by comparing the test results with the calculation results of the current standard calculation method and the revised method in China,it was recommended that the revised method should be used to calculate the block shear of the tensile angle steel members. The calculation results were more consistent with the actual test results and could effectively improve the safety performance of the members.
