胃镜下高频电凝联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗疣状胃炎的效果

摘要
目的评价疣状胃炎用胃镜下高频电凝联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗的效果。方法选择2015年6月—2017年3月我院收治的150例疣状胃炎患者,对其采用随机分组法将其分为治疗组、对照组,每组均75例。对照组用幽门螺杆菌根除治疗,治疗组用胃镜下高频电凝联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗。分析治疗效果。结果治疗组、对照组比较幽门螺杆菌根除情况,差异不具统计学意义(P> 0.05);与对照组比较治疗效果,治疗组较高,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论疣状胃炎治疗时,胃镜下高频电凝联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗,对提高治疗效果具有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of high frequency electrocoagulation combined with helicobacter pylori eradication under gastroscope in verrucous gastritis. Methods From June 2015 to March2017, 150 patients with verrucous gastritis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Helicobacter pylori eradication, and the treatment group was treated with high-frequency electrocoagulation under gastroscope combined with Helicobacter pylori eradication. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05). The treatment effect was higher in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of verrucous gastritis with high frequency electrocoagulation combined with Helicobacter pylori eradication has a positive effect on improving the therapeutic effect.
