延续性护理模式对于连续腹膜透析护理效果的影响

摘要
目的分析连续腹膜透析患者采用延续性护理模式的干预效果。方法回顾性查阅资料,选取本院接诊的82例连续腹膜透析患者,根据不同护理模式,分为观察组38例,均应用延续性护理模式干预。常规组44例,均应用常规护理模式。两组均以6个月为期限,观察组间并发症与健康状况。结果经医护人员耐心护理,两组患者病情均有改善。但观察组并发症发生例数与健康评分均比常规组优异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续腹膜透析患者建议用延续性护理模式,可降低并发症发生率及提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing intervention on continuous peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods To review the data,82 cases of continuous peritoneal dialysis patients were select in our hospital. According to the different nursing models,they were divided into observation group 38 cases(continue nursing intervention model)and conventional group 44 cases of(routine nursing model). They were observed for 6 months. The complications and health status were observed between the groups. Results After the nursing by medical personnel,the patients were improved in both groups,but the number of complications and health scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the conventional group,the differences were significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Continuous peritoneal dialysis patients are recommended to use the continuous nursing model. It can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
