摘要
为了研究冷轧工艺对304不锈钢抛光表面的影响,现进行两种不同的冷轧工艺对比:普通轧制工艺和抛光料专用轧制工艺。分析两种轧制工艺中表面形貌的变化规律,以及研磨抛光后的表面缺陷。讨论得出通过增加冷轧工艺的轧制道次以及降低各道次压下量,表层金属在轧制过程中能完全覆盖热轧原料凹坑,减少冷轧板表面凹坑的产生,最终显著提高304不锈钢的抛光表面质量,降低表面粗糙度。
        In order to study the effect of the cold rolling process on the polishing surface of 304 stainless steel,two different cold rolling processes were carried out,which were the ordinary rolling process and special rolling process for polishing materials. And the variations of surface morphology and surface defects after grinding and polishing were analyzed. It was concluded that by increasing the rolling passes of the cold rolling process and reducing the reduction of each pass,the surface metal could completely cover the pit of hot rolled raw material during the rolling process,and reduce the generation of pits on the surface of the cold plate. Finally,the polishing surface quality of 304 stainless steel was significantly improved and the surface roughness was reduced.
