浅析阴阳开、阖、枢理论的临床意义及其在杂病治疗中的应用

摘要
中医学认为,气的运动以开、阖、枢为表现形式,阴阳开、阖、枢理论实际上也是三阴三阳气机运动的表现形式。《黄帝内经》将三阳之离合归纳为太阳为开,少阳为枢,阳明为阖;三阴之离合归结为太阴为开,少阴为枢,厥阴为阖。若开、阖、枢枢机通畅,阴阳和则化生万物;若开阖不利,甚则折关败枢,阴阳大失,则会出现五脏六腑病变。杂病的产生亦是因体内阴阳开、阖、枢枢机不利所致,因此,阴阳开、阖、枢理论对中医内科杂病的诊治具有重要的临证价值。
In traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that the movement of qi is manifested in the form of opening,closing and pivots. The theory of yin and yang opening,closing and pivots is actually the manifestation of qi movement of three yin-three yang. In Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》),the separation of the three yang can be summarized as the opening of taiyang,the pivot of shaoyang and the closing of yangming. For the separation of three yin,it is concluded the opening of taiyin,the pivot of shaoyin and the closing of jueyin. If the opening,closing and pivot is smooth,the harmony of yin and yang will generate everything. if the opening and closing is not good,then the failure of the pivot will be broken,and the great loss of yin and yang will lead to the pathological changes of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs. The occurrence of miscellaneous diseases is also due to the failure of opening,closing and pivot of yin and yang in the body,Therefore,the theory of yin and yang opening,closing and pivot has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of internal medicine miscellaneous diseases.
