心理护理在一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病的预防和治疗中的作用分析

摘要
目的研究心理护理在一氧化碳中毒迟发脑病的预防和治疗中的作用。方法从2016年11月15日至2017年3月10日期间到我院住院、就诊的一氧化碳中毒患者中选取96例作为本次研究对象,利用计算机表法将96例一氧化碳中毒患者随机分成两组,即参照组(n=47)与研究组(n=49),对参照组实施常规护理措施,对研究组实施常规护理措施加心理护理措施。结果经过不同方式的护理后,研究组一氧化碳中毒患者的治疗总有效率(100.00%)、迟发脑病发生率(0.00%)与参照组(89.36%)、(8.51%)相比,组间存在较大差异性,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理应用在一氧化碳中毒患者临床治疗过程中能够获得较为良好的临床效果,有效的降低了迟发脑病发生率。
Objective to study effect of psychological nursing in prevention and treatment of delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods choose 96 cases carbon monoxide poisoning patients treated or hospitalized in our hospital from November 15, 2016 to March 10, 2017 as research objects, randomly divide them into control group(n=47)and study group(n=49) by computer table method. Control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and study group with psychological nursing measures based on routine nursing measures. Results after nursing of different types, total effective rate(100%), incidence of delayed encephalopathy(0%) of carbon monoxide poisoning patients of study group showed significanct difference from control group(89.36%, 8.51%) with statistical significance(P< 0.05). Conclusion psychological nursing has good clinical effect for clinical treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning patients, which can reduce incidence of delayed encephalopathy effectively.
