摘要
介绍赵明芬主任医师治疗筋瘤经验。赵明芬主任医师认为,本病病因多由于气血运行不畅而阻滞于下肢脉道所致,"瘀"贯穿于疾病始终,通过多年临床经验,将筋瘤分为湿热瘀阻与气虚血瘀两型,辨证用清热解毒、活血化瘀之法,或益气活血、消瘀散结之法,常用四妙勇安汤及补阳还五汤加减,临证疗效显著。
