摘要
医疗旅游消费的过程中,感知风险是影响消费者医疗旅游决策的重要因素。基于相关领域的文献分析,论文对医疗旅游感知风险的概念和构成维度进行了界定和探究。通过文献分析和深度访谈,开发了医疗旅游感知风险的测量量表,并运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析检验了量表的信度和效度。最终结果表明:医疗旅游感知风险的构成维度包括身体风险、诊疗风险、经济风险、功能风险、社会风险、时间风险和心理风险。
In the consumption process of medical tourism, perceived risk is an important factor affecting consumers' decision-making on medical tourism. Based on the literature analysis of related fields, this paper defines and explores the concept and components of perceived risk in medical tourism. Through literature analysis and in-depth interviews, a scale for measuring perceived risk of medical tourism is developed, and the reliability and validity of the scale are tested by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The final results show that the dimensions of perceived risk of medical tourism include physical risk, diagnosis and treatment risk, economic risk, functional risk, social risk,time risk and psychological risk.
