摘要
地铁上盖开发已成为国内各大城市土地集约和价值挖掘的一大显性途径。而在该领域各方认识尚浅,多数处于"摸着石头过河"的境地。本文力图通过多个有效案例的对比分析,寻找地铁上盖开发项目的一些显性特征,以供大家借鉴。
The development of subway superstructure has become a dominant way for land intensive and value mining in major cities in China.In the field, the understanding of all parties is still shallow, and most of them are in a situation of "crossing the river by feeling the stones".This paper attempts to find some dominant features of the subway superstructure development project through comparative analysis of several effective cases for reference.
