摘要
为了探究炎症反应过程中孤束核-迷走神经背核-迷走神经的可塑性变化,实验分内毒素脂多糖(LPS)组和对照组2组,LPS组大鼠股静脉注射LPS,对照组大鼠股静脉注射同体积的生理盐水,测定迷走神经放电频率、血压、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平以及孤束核和迷走神经背核内Fos阳性神经元表达情况。结果表明:LPS注射后,迷走神经放电频率明显增大,血压虽有降低但不明显;与对照组相比,LPS组神经放电频率明显增大,血清TNF-α水平显著升高,孤束核和迷走神经背核的Fos表达均显著增强,说明迷走神经和孤束核、迷走神经背核参与了炎症反应。
        To explore plasticity changes of the nucleus tractus solitarious-dorsal motor nucleus of vagus-vagus nerve pathway in inflammatory response,the experiment was divided into two groups of lipopolysaccharide( LPS) group and control group. The rats in LPS group were vena femoralis injected LPS and the rats in control group were vena femoralis injected saline of the same volume. The frequency of vagus nerve discharge,arterial pressure,tumor necrosis factor α( TNF-α)levels as well as Fos positive neurons express in the nucleus tractus solitarious and dorsal motor nucleus of vagus were measured. The results show that compared with before LPS injection,the discharge frequency of the vagus nerve increases significantly after LPS injection,and the blood pressure decreases but not significant. Comparing with the control group,the frequency of vagus nerve discharge,serum TNF-α level,Fos expressionofbrain stem of nucleus tractus solitarious,and dorsal motor nucleus of vagus solitary enhance significantly in LPS group,which shows that the vagus nerve,nucleus tractus solitarious,and the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus are involved in the inflammatory response.
