迷走神经刺激术治疗难治性癫痫的临床护理

摘要
目的探讨难治性癫痫患者行迷走神经刺激手术的护理。方法选取本院在全麻下行迷走神经刺激术的46例患者,给予有效的术前访视、心理护理,规范的术中护理及术后随访。结果 46例迷走神经刺激手术顺利,无并发症及手术意外的发生,有效缩短手术时间,无死亡病例,患者术后3~5 d均痊愈出院。结论手术室护士有效的心理护理、精准的专业知识、娴熟的手术配合、温情舒心的陪伴,是手术成功的重要原因之一。
Objective To explore nursing care of patients with intractable epilepsy undergoing vagus nerve stimulation operation.Methods Forty-six patients with vagus nerve stimulation under general anesthesia were selected and given effective preoperative visiting,psychological nursing,standardized intraoperative nursing and postoperative follow-up.Results Forty-six cases of vagal nerve stimulation were performed successfully without complications,surgical accidents and dead case,the operation time was effectively shortened,and all patients were discharged from the hospital 3~5 days after surgery.Conclusion The effective psychological nursing of the operating room nurse,the accurate professional knowledge,the tacit and skillful operation and the companionship of warm and comfortable are the keys to the success of the operation.
