摘要

为提高监狱内部公务人员(狱警)的安全、业务知识、岗位知识、相应技能,和服刑人员的相关政治觉悟、相应理论及技能知识等,建设教育培训考试管理系统,系统主要包括教育培训和考试管理,实现培训管理、在线学习、考试等功能,形成线上线下相结合、规范开放的培训考试系统,进一步提高监狱培训工作信息化水平,更加高效、科学、标准。
        In order to improve the safety,professional knowledge,post knowledge and relevant skills of the civil servants(prison guards)in prisons,and the relevant political consciousness,relevant theories and skills of prisoners,the system of education and training examination management is constructed.The system mainly includes education and training and examination management,realizes the functions of training management,online learning and examination,and forms the combination of online and offline,rules and regulations.Fan's open training and examination system will further improve the informationization level of prison training,making it more efficient,scientific and standard.
