摘要

国有企业离退休党员是党员队伍中重要组成部分,在新的发展形势下,如何继续发挥好他们的积极作用,在思想政治上时刻保持先进性,是国有企业发展的必修课,更是国有企业党建的大课题。充分发挥好离退休老党员的模范作用,通过组织把他们再次凝聚起来,对于推动企业发展和促进党的建设具有重要的现实意义。
        Retired Party members of state-owned enterprises are important components of the CPC members. Under newly developed situation, how to give full play to their positive role and how to maintain advanced ideologically and politically is one required course of state-owned enterprises, but also a significant subject for CPC construction in state-owned enterprises.Giving full play to the model role of retired CPC members and organizing to unite them will impose significant practical significance to promote enterprise development and CPC construction.
