异形钢板在足部Lisfranc损伤中的运用

摘要
目的分析异形钢板在足部Lisfranc损伤中的运用价值。方法选择2017年4月—2018年5月收治的52例足部Lisfranc损伤患者为研究对象,对照组26例实施螺钉固定治疗,观察组26例实施异形钢板固定手术。比较两组患者治疗后不良反应的出现情况和临床治疗效果。结果对照组患者的治疗优良率为61.54%(16/26),观察组治疗优良率为80.77%(21/26),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出现1例骨性关节炎、1例复位丢失,无术后渗血和断钉情况,两组之间比较观察组断钉发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用异形钢板对足部Lisfranc损伤进行固定,能有效提高患者的治疗效果,减少致残率,促进身体健康恢复。
Objective To analyze the application value of special-shaped steel plate in Lisfranc injury of foot. Methods52 patients for April 2017 to May 2018 with Lisfranc injury of foot were selected as the study subjects. 26 patients in the control group were treated with hollow screw fixation and 26 patients in the observation group were treated with specialshaped plate fixation. The occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment and the clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment was 61.56%(16/26) in the control group and 80.77%(21/26) in the observation group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There were 1 case of osteoarthritis and 1 case of loss of reduction in the observation group. There was no bleeding and nail breakage after operation. The incidence of nail breakage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using special-shaped steel plate to fix the injured part of Lisfranc foot can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and promote the recovery of the body.
