摘要
为满足用户舒适性需求,获得人体适应范围更大的手柄造型,提出了基于关键点的多样本逆向设计方法。该方法通过采集多个目标样本的关键点坐标数据,以最优的百分位数作为最终数据进行模型重建和设计制造。在该方法的指导下,以挖掘机操作手柄造型设计为例,通过人机实验获得了多个油泥样本,选用优化的关键点数据逆向设计生成一款操作手柄造型。应用快速原型技术实现了产品的实体化,与单一样本的逆向设计造型相比,多样本逆向设计的结果在满足舒适性的基础上具有更广泛的人机适用性。
        It is of great significance to improve working efficiency,reduce fatigue and illness by matching handle shape to user's hand.In order to meet user's comfort requirements and obtain a handle shape with a larger range of human body adaptation,a multi-sample reverse design method based on key points was proposed.By collecting the key points coordinate data for multiple target samples,the method takes the optimal percentile as the final data to model reconstruction,design and manufacture.Under the guidance of this method,taking the design of the operation handle of excavator as an example,multiple samples of oil sludge were obtained through man-machine experiments.A handle shape was generated by reverse design through optimized key point data,and the product was materialized by using rapid prototyping technology.Compared with single-sample reverse design,the multi-sample reverse design has results with wider range of human-machine applicability while satisfying comfort.
