摘要
"猫眼"逆向调制自由空间光通信链路通过逆向调制器对入射光调制并使其原路返回到发射端,链路只需要在一端使用搜索、捕获、跟踪系统,和传统终端相比重量轻、能耗小、费用低、组网灵活。文章首先对"猫眼"逆向调制自由空间光通信原理进行分析,介绍了"猫眼"光学系统和逆向调制器等核心元件的作用及特点,重点对"猫眼"光学系统优化方法及多量子阱电吸收型调制器和MEMS调制器的特点做了介绍,最后对MEMS调制器进行了简单的性能测试。
        In free space optical communication link based on cat-eye modulating retro-reflector,incident light is modulated by retro-reflector,and it is retraced to the transmitter by the same light path,so search,capture and tracking system is used only in one end.Compared with traditional terminal,it has the characteristics of light weight,low energy consumption,low cost,flexible networking.Firstly,free space optical communication principle based on cat-eye modulating retro-reflector was analyzed,and the function and characteristics of cat-eye optical system and retro-reflector modulators were introduced.Cat-eye optical system optimization method,multiple quantum well absorption modulator and MEMS modulator were emphatically introduced.Finally,the performance of MEMS modulator was tested.
