浅谈现代化选煤厂职工培训中存在问题及改善措施

摘要
随着现代化高产高效大型矿井的建设,选煤厂的规模也在相应扩大,现代化大型选煤厂对选煤设备、方法和安全生产提出了更高的要求。通过分析选煤厂职工安全生产培训中存在的问题,结合现代化大型选煤厂的安全生产特点,提出了职工安全培训的改善措施,确保选煤厂职工培训质量,实现选煤安全生产。
With the construction of high-yield and high-efficiency large-scale mines,the higher requirements for modern coal preparation plant in production scale,equipments,methods and safety were proposed. By analyzing the problems existing in the safety production training for the staff in coal preparation plant and combining with the safety production features of large-scale modern coal preparation plant,the improvement measures for the staff safety training were put forward,to ensure the staff training quality in coal preparation plant and to achieve safety coal preparation.
