针刺治疗颈型颈椎病选穴规律研究

摘要
目的探究和分析目前针刺治疗颈型颈椎病常用腧穴的选穴规律,指导临床治疗和相关科研腧穴检测方案。方法根据文献纳入标准和排除标准,检索2000年1月至2018年10月收录于中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普全文期刊数据库的相关文献,删除重复文献及其他无用文献。筛选出符合条件的文献共107篇,分析并总结其腧穴规律。结果常用排名前15的腧穴为:颈夹脊、风池、肩井、天柱、大椎、后溪、阿是穴、合谷、颈百劳、外关、大杼、天宗、列缺、肩外俞、风府。常用经络为:经外奇穴、足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、督脉、手阳明大肠经。结论目前针刺治疗颈椎病的临床试验中,常选用远近取穴、局部选穴、循经选穴。常用经络配伍为:足少阳胆经常配合手太阳小肠经、手少阳三焦经、手阳明大肠经使用;经外奇穴常配合手少阳三焦经使用。其中足少阳胆经、手太阳小肠经、经外奇穴三者关系最为密切。
Objective To explore and analyze the current acupuncture treatment of common acupoints in cervical cervical spondylosis, and to guide the clinical treatment and related research procedures. Methods According to the literature inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the relevant literatures included in the China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI), Wanfang Database, and Weipu Full-text Journal Database from January 2000 to October 2018 were retrieved, and duplicate documents and other useless documents were deleted. A total of 107 articles eligible were screened, and the rules of acupoints were analyzed and summarized. Results The top 15 acupoints commonly used are: Neck Jiaji, Fengchi, Jianjing, Tianzhu, Dazhui, Houxi, Ashixue, Hegu, Nianbai, Waiguan, Datun, Tianzong, and Lieque, Jianwaishu, Fengfu. Common meridians are: extraordinary meridian, foot Shaoyang bile, foot sun bladder, Du Meridian, Hand Yangming large intestine. Conclusion At present, in the clinical trial of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis, it is often used to select acupoints, local acupoints, and follow-up points. Common meridian compatibility: foot Shaoyang often used with the hand of the sun small intestine, hand Shaoyang Sanjiao, hand Yangming large intestine use; through the extraordinary meridian often used with the hand Shaoyang Sanjiao. Among them, the Shaoyang biliary tract, the hand sun small intestine, and the extraordinary meridian are the most closely related.
