摘要
实验探究了n(Fe_2O_3)/n(MgO)和n(CaO)/n(MgO)对茶叶末系釉釉面性能的影响,并采用XRD、SEM-EDS和色度仪进行表征。实验结果表明:随着n(Fe_2O_3)/n(MgO)的提高可获得米白、蛋壳黄、茶叶末、仿古铜等艺术效果釉面;XRD与EDS结果表明釉中晶体为Ca-Mg-Fe-Al型混合辉石。随着n(CaO)/n(MgO)的增加,釉中晶体数量减少,分相作用增强,釉中分相结构由分散蠕虫状变化到连通蠕虫状再到孤立的圆点状液滴。当n(CaO)/n(MgO)大于2时,釉面b*值减小,这是由于分散相的瑞利散射作用,釉面泛蓝色。结晶与分相存在使得茶叶末系釉具备多种艺术效果。
        Effect of n(Fe_2O_3)/n(MgO) and n(CaO)/n(MgO) on properties of tea-dust type glaze were investigated and characterized by XRD, SEM and colorimeter. The results show that color development of rice white, eggshell, tea dust, antique brass was obtained with increase of n(Fe_2O_3)/n(MgO). XRD and SEM-EDS showed that the main crystal in the glaze was Ca-Mg-Fe-Al mixed augite. With the increase of n(CaO)/n(MgO), the amount of crystals were decreased and the segregation tendency of the glaze was enhanced resulting in a transformation of phase segregation structure of dispersing worm-like to connected worm-like to isolated droplet. When n(CaO)/n(MgO) was greater than 2, the color parameter of b* was decreased due to Rayleigh scattering of the dispersed phases, which provided the glazes with blue tone. A variety of artistic effects of tea-dust type glazes could be obtained as a result of crystallization and phase separation.
