乌贼眼透明质酸的体外抗氧化性及对小鼠创愈性质的研究

摘要
研究从乌贼眼中提取的透明质酸的抗氧化和促进小鼠创口愈合性质以及透明质酸的应用价值。本文主要进行体外抗氧化实验和小鼠皮肤愈合实验。抗氧化实验结果表明,HA质量浓度在1~5 mg/mL范围,随着浓度的增加,HA-1、HA-2清除·OH自由基的能力增加,且呈线性关系;HA-1、HA-2半数有效清除质量浓度IC50分别为:2.85,3.33 mg/mL。HA-1清除·OH自由基的能力高于HA-2;在1~5 mg/mL范围,随着HA质量浓度的增加,HA-1、HA-2清除DPPH·自由基的能力增加,且呈线性关系;HA-1、HA-2半数有效清除质量浓度IC50分别为4.10,4.69 mg/mL。HA-1清除DPPH·自由基的能力高于HA-2。HA皮肤毒性实验与促进伤口愈合结果表明:透明质酸无皮肤致敏性,对机体正常生活没有影响。在创伤4~8 d能够明显加快伤口愈合速率;创伤12 d后,与空白对照组及云南白药组对伤口的愈合作用没有显著差异。HA能够有效促进伤口的无瘢痕愈合,愈合效果明显好于云南白药组。
        Explore antioxidant properties of hyaluronic acid to provide a theoretical basis for the application of hyaluronic acid.Anti-oxidation results show: within 1 ~5 mg/mL range,with increasing concentrations of HA,HA-1,HA-2 scavenge ·OH radicals increases,and a linear relationship;HA-1,HA-2 median effective concentration(IC50)were clear: 2.85,3.33 mg/mL,while the ability to HA-1 Clear ·OH radicals is higher than HA-2; In the range of 1~5 mg/mL,with the increase of the concentration of HA,HA-1,HA-2 DPPH· free radical scavenging capacity increases,and linear; HA-1,HA-2 median effective concentration(IC50) were clear: 4.10,4.69 mg/mL,at the same time,HA-1 Clear DPPH· radical capacity higher than HA-2.HA skin toxicity test and promote wound healing results showed that:HA-2 no skin sensitization,has no effect on the body's normal life.HA can significantly promote wound healing rate in early trauma; 12 days later,with the control group and in Yunnan Bai Yao Group,there is no significant differences healing of wounds.HA can effectively promote scar less wound healing,the healing effect is significantly better than the Yunnan Bai Yao Group.
