腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗肾功能衰竭的效果

摘要
目的探析腹膜透析与血液透析联合治疗在肾功能衰竭患者中的治疗效果及影响。方法随机将86例终末期肾脏病患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组予以腹膜透析治疗,观察组则予以血液透析联合腹膜透析治疗。对比两组患者的并发症发生率以及各项肾功能与血液指标的改善情况。结果观察组在经腹膜透析与血液透析的联合治疗下,并发症发生率为9.30%,对照组则为11.63%,两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗前两组患者尿素氮、白蛋白、血红蛋白以及肌酐水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而观察组在经治疗后上述指标改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论予以肾功能衰竭患者腹膜透析联合血液透析的治疗方式,可提升患者的治疗效率,促进肾功能及血液指标的改善情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis on renal failure. Methods 86 cases of end-stage kidney disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with peritoneal dialysis, the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis. The incidence of complications and the improvement of renal function and blood index were compared between the two groups. Results After the combined treatment of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, the incidence of complications was 9.30% in the observation group and 11.63% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P > 0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of urea nitrogen, albumin, hemoglobin and creatinine between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05), but the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis in patients with renal failure can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment and the improvement of renal function and blood indexs.
