摘要
通过对高光谱成像系统杂散光检测实验中光源部分的研究,提出了解椭圆形Monge-Ampére方程的方法来设计自由曲面透镜,并对测试光源出光分布的均匀性、准直性、稳定性进行检测研究。针对杂散光检测实验的要求,利用自由曲面透镜的特点对杂散光实验光源进行研究并改进光源特性,以此来提高杂散光检测实验的准确性和测试的可靠性,然后测试光束性能,使其满足杂散光测试的精度要求。通过实验分析,选取自由曲面透镜代替离轴三返平行光管来获得平行光,利用光线追迹软件Tracepro对系统光源进行了仿真,结果表明:利用该方法设计的光源出光分布较传统的平行光管有所改善,在正常情况下光斑均匀性能够达到85.3%,且光源的位置误差与透镜的转动误差对系统造成一定影响。
        By studying the stray light test part of the hyperspectral imaging system,the method is presented to design the free surface lens based on the elliptic oval Monge-Ampére equation;and the uniformity,quasi-directness and stability of the light distribution of the test light source are tested. To meet the need of stray light test,the stray light test light source are studied and the light characteristics are improved by using the characteristics of the free surface lens. In order to improve the accuracy of stray light test and the reliability of the test,then the beam performance is tested to make it satisfy the requirement of the stray light test precision. Through experimental analysis,selection of free-form surface lens instead of off-axis three back to parallel light pipe for parallel light,light source of the system are simulated by using the ray tracing software Tracepro. The results show that the light distribution of parallel light pipe is improved by using this method with the traditional light source,under normal circumstances flare uniform performance can achieve to 85.3%,and the position error of the light source and lens rotation error can make certain influence to the system.
