摘要
针对《煤矿安全监控系统升级改造技术方案》的要求,提出了多业务联动通信平台的设计方案,重点阐述了平台架构、工作原理、关键技术。该平台基于信令交换技术,将现有无线通信系统、有线通信系统、IP应急广播系统、局部扩播系统等进行有效整合,实现多种异构通信系统的互联互通和集中调度指挥,在紧急情况下能够实现对各系统的统一调度、一键呼叫等。实际应用表明,该平台实现了生产调度、实时指挥、紧急救援一体化协同控制目标,为煤矿应急救援和通信联络提供了有效手段。
        In view of requirements in Technologyschemesof upgrading of coal minesafety monitoringandcontrolsystem,a design scheme of multi-service linkage communication platform for coal mine was proposed.Architecture,working principle and key technologies of the platform were discussed.Based on signaling switching technology, the platform effectively integrates existing wireless communication system,wired communication system,IP emergency broadcast system,local broadcast system to realize interconnection and centralized dispatching command of various heterogeneous communication systems,and to realize unified dispatching and one-key calling of each system in emergency.Practical application results show that the platform realizes integrated control target of production dispatching,real-time command and emergency rescue,and provides an effective means for coal mine emergency rescue and communication.
