摘要
传统乘用车天窗的开发模式是根据新车型的车身和内饰,为其全新开发匹配的天窗,其开发周期长且成本高,为解决这一问题,文章引入天窗通用化理念。以电动天窗为研究对象,分析天窗零部件的构成及原理,并以零部件的核心参数搭建通用化平台,选取平台进行零部件设计。使用零部件通用化开发方法可以有效缩短天窗开发周期,并可降低大约1/3的开发成本。经过相应验证,乘用车天窗的通用化策略既在技术上可行,又在经济上合理。
The mode of traditional car's sunroof development is to develop all-new type of sunroof based on new model body and interiors. Such a development mode takes a long period of time and has high development cost. In order to solve these problems, this paper introduces commonality strategy. Taking electric sunroof as an example, electric sunroof system and its operation is analyzed, meanwhile the commonality platform is built with key parameters of components, selecting the appropriate platform to design the components is carried out. Using the method of component commonality to develop sunroof can effectively shorten the development period and cut nearly 1/3 of development cost. It is proven that commonality strategy is feasible and reasonable.
