摘要

高职院校发展侧重于专业化、职业化,容易忽视通用能力的培养和社会素质的提升。基于通用能力的可迁移性、基础性和综合性等特性,对北京青年政治学院的通用能力培养实践进行分析,提出相应的问题和对策,以对其他高职院校通用能力培养有所借鉴。
        Higher vocational colleges usually focus on professionalization,and it is easy to neglect the promotion and cultivation of general quality. Based on the migration,basic and comprehensive characteristics of general ability,this paper analyzes the practice of general ability training of Beijing Youth Politics College and puts forward some useful suggestions for reference.
