摘要

借鉴经济领域供给侧改革的观点,分析高职公共课程的供给现状和存在的问题。以供给侧改革为新的角度,从高职公共课程的供给主体、供给内容、供给途径和供给环境四个方面入手,进行新一轮的改革。解决供给和需求之间的结构性矛盾,促进供给和需求协调发展,减少低品质和无效供给,增加高品质和有效供给。通过供给结构的调整和供给质量的提升激发学生新的学习需求,引领他们在更广阔、更适宜、更高效的供给环境下展开高职公共课程学习活动,夯实和提高他们的职业通用能力。
        The paper first analyzes the present situation and existing problems of higher vocational basic course reform from the perspective of supply side, which is a new concept in the field of economy. Then, focusing on supply subject, content, approach and environment, the paper proposes that a reform be implemented to resolve the structural conflict between teaching supply and learning demand, promote the harmonious development between them, eliminate inferior and inefficient teaching supply, increase superior and efficient teaching supply. In this way, it stimulates new learning demand among students, offers them a more suitable and efficient learning environment and hence improves their vocational competence.
